How to Draw a Giraffe
I want to share things I learned while drawing a giraffe
Hello friend!
I finished writing a blog post about how to draw a giraffe! I want to show you the easy steps I used.
Typing is a thing of the past
Typeless turns your raw, unfiltered voice into beautifully polished writing - in real time.
It works like magic, feels like cheating, and allows your thoughts to flow more freely than ever before.
With Typeless, you become more creative. More inspired. And more in-tune with your own ideas.
Your voice is your strength. Typeless turns it into a superpower.
Here are the steps:
Draw two small ovals for the giraffe’s head. Then draw two bigger ovals for its body.
Draw lines down from the body for legs. Add small ovals for the joints.
Draw a curved line from the head to the body. Then connect the small oval near the head to the head.
Draw ears and horns on the head. Then draw the legs fully.
Add eyes, nostrils, neck hair, and tail.
Erase all the extra shape guides.
Draw in all the spots on the giraffe.
Here’s what I learned while drawing:
Start simple with shapes first.
Use guides (like ovals and lines) so the giraffe’s parts go in the right place.
Erasing the guides is important so your drawing looks clean.
The spots make it look like a real giraffe!
If you want to see the pictures for each step, you can click the link below. The images will help you follow along more easily.
I hope you have fun drawing your giraffe! Let me know how it turns out.
Have a great day,
Jae
